1963-68

The horn button or ring can be removed by pressing down evenly and turning button counterclockwise until it lifts out.
Mark steering shaft and wheel hub before removing wheel so that the relationship between the wheel and steering gear is maintained when reinstalled.
Then remove the nut from the steering ~ shaft and use a puller to remove the Wheel.



1969 Rim-Blow Type

The rubber insert and copper strip assembly is not replaceable. Therefore if a new insert is required the entire steering wheel will have to be replaced.
1.	Unfasten and remove pad from steering wheel (3 screws).

2.	Remove the medalion from the pad.

3.	After removing retaining nut thef steering wheel can be removed with a puller.



1968-69	Except Rim-Blow Type

1.	Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.	Remove steering wheel hub.

3.	Remove horn button (3 screws); springs will fall out.

4.	Remove steering wheel.
